1-   First of all Login to your Facebook account and click on Your Profile Name.

2-   Now, click on “Activity Log” Button as shown in Picture below.

3-   Click on “Photos”>> “Photos of You” as shown in Picture Below.

4- Now you should to select Album/All photos, and Click on “Report/Remove Tags” Button as shown in Pic below.
